Legal Services Referrals
Our legal services program is a collaboration between Excelsior Works!, PODER, Legal Assistance to the Elderly, Asian Law Caucus, and Jubilee Immigration Advocates. Our promotor team connects community members with these legal organizations that provide consults regarding workers’ rights, eviction defense, and immigration.
Excelsior Works! hosts monthly legal clinics, in which our clients can sign up for a consultation with attorneys from Legal Assistance to the Elderly, Asian Law Caucus, and Jubilee Immigration Advocates (by appointment only). Tenants' Rights
Legal Assistance to the Elderly can assist tenants who are being evicted, tenants who need repairs, tenants experiencing harassment by their landlord, and tenants with other issues.

Workers' Rights
The Asian Law Caucus can assist low wage workers on work-related problems including: unpaid wages, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, wrongful termination, discrimination/ harassment, health and safety, and more.

Immigration
Jubilee Immigration Advocates can provide immigration for victims of violence, as well as assist with U visa, T visa, SIJS, DACA, TPS, family petitions, citizenship applications, and asylum.
