Through our intake process, we assess the individual needs of our clients and connect them to appropriate resources. We regularly review client data to understand who is seeking services, what their needs are, and also what issues are affecting them.

We are a center that co-locates services to address the needs of District 11’s low-income and immigrant communities. As an immigrant serving workforce development center, we provide a multicultural and multilingual staff.

Building engagement within our community is an essential component of our work that allows us to share relevant community resources to our clients and residents, and inform about issues that affect them.

At Excelsior Works! we provide direct service staff and work alongside other community organizations that contribute service connection support. Our team works alongside PODER, Latino Task Force, Excelsior Strong, and more.
